Our Guarantee
If upon receipt of any Shaker Style product you are not satisfied, we will replace or refund the item if notified within 30 days. The following conditions and exceptions apply: All costs of shipping including any crating or insurance, both to and from will be prepaid by the customer. Exceptions include any items that have been stained, painted or customized in any way.
We so strongly believe in the integrity of our workmanship that all Signature Collection furniture is guaranteed for the life time of the original owner. If at any time our workmanship or materials fail with normal use we will either repair or replace the piece at our discretion. Shaker Style Heirloom Collection pieces are covered by a 7 year guarantee against failure of material or workmanship. This excludes after-purchase modifications or damage due to climatic conditions or rough treatment. The customer bears all shipping costs in warrantee claims, with the exclusion of shipping damage or other arrangements specified by us.
