Ordering
We want to make purchasing your Shaker Style furniture piece as pleasant and informative an experience as possible. We welcome questions. Orders may be placed by mail, phone, fax or in our showroom and can be paid by check, credit card or cash. We will send you written confirmation by post or email when you place an order to ensure all the information is correct.
Delivery & Payment
With the exception of some accent items, our furniture is built on request and may take up to 16 weeks to complete. Items totaling under $500 are pre-paid, any items totaling over $500 require a 50% deposit to initiate your order, with the balance plus shipping due on completion. We will gladly quote delivery charges for any item in our catalog.
Completion Times
Upon receiving your order, we’ll give you an estimated completion time. This date is not exact. We feel that quality is much more important than speed in building your fine furnishings.
We reserve the right to make construction changes to incorporate improvements at any time without notice. However, we will not change the appearance of your piece without your approval.
Shipping
All of our furniture is inspected and in excellent condition when it leaves our woodshop. All damage incurred en route is the responsibility of the carrier. Please look over the crate before accepting it and have the driver note any scars or appearance of damage on the delivery slip in case there is any hidden damage. If the piece appears damaged call us immediately. We crate very heavily and damage is unlikely, but it does sometimes occur.
